Karnataka: Merck Life Science, focused on delivering high-quality and efficient solutions to solve the toughest problems in science, has collaborated with the Prayoga Institute of Education Research to support Kriya, Prayoga’s pioneering initiative enhancing access to science education in 45 government schools across 35 educational districts of Karnataka.
This collaboration is part of a larger initiative that Merck Life Science is working with Prayoga, ensuring better access to experiential learning in science by installing lab stations that facilitate hands-on science learning in the classroom, fostering a deeper understanding of scientific concepts through active exploration. Supporting Prayoga, Merck Life
Science has provided mini science stations in all these schools, providing every student with the necessary equipment and materials, such as lab equipment, gloves, and test tubes.
Currently impacting over 7,000 students across 66 schools in Karnataka, Kriya is an education research initiative by Prayoga dedicated to fostering hands-on science learning for students, particularly in communities with limited access to such educational experiences.
