Mumbai, June 17, 2019: As a CSR initiative in the field of health, Mahanagar Gas Limited contributed for the upgradation of Neurological and Neurosurgical Department of Holy Family Hospital in Bandra. The equipment, including Neuronavigation System, Leyla Retractor, etc. will enhance the efficiency of neurosurgeons by helping them in performing neurological and neurosurgical procedures with greater precision, quality and better results, thus saving lives.
The equipment was recently inaugurated by MGL’s Board Director, Radhika Haribhakti and Managing Director, Sanjib Datta, in the presence of senior officials of MGL and the management and senior doctors of Holy Family Hospital.
Holy Family Hospital extends free/concessional medical treatment to economically weaker sections of the society in its effort to ensure access to qualitative and affordable medical facilities to all sections of the society.
With the installation of these equipment, the Hospital will be able to cater to the medical needs of the community in a more effective manner.
