Cadila Pharmaceuticals Revitalises Police Outpost in Kadi

Ahmedabad: Cadila Pharmaceuticals, a frontrunner in innovation and one of the largest privately held pharma companies in the country, has redeveloped a police outpost in Rajpur village of Mehsana’s Kadi taluka.

The project was undertaken for Rs. 55 Lakhs by Indrashil Kaka-Ba and Kala Budh Public Charitable Trust, the CSR arm of Cadila Pharmaceuticals.

The redeveloped police outpost was formally inaugurated by Minister of Health and Family Welfare Rushikesh Patel recently. Subsequently, the outpost would be handed over to the Police Department. The Health Minister commended Cadila Pharmaceuticals for the project and noted its vital contribution in healthcare, education and other areas.

Dr Bharat Champaneria, Trustee of Indrashil Kaka-Ba and Kala Budh Public Charitable Trust said, “The project reflects Cadila Pharmaceuticals’ commitment to contributing to the welfare of the local communities in every way possible. The redeveloped police outpost will go a long way in enhancing security infrastructure for local police officials and contribute to better law and order.”
