Education is more than a fundamental right. It is the cornerstone of transformation, empowerment, and progress. It holds the power to uplift individuals, reshape communities, and build a brighter, more inclusive future. Yet, for many across India, particularly children in rural areas and those with special needs, quality education remains out of reach. At Broadridge India, we believe that businesses have both the responsibility and the power to bridge this divide. We stand deeply committed to advancing educational equity and unlocking opportunities for all. Our mission aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 4: to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning for all. Our approach centres on uplifting underserved and marginalised groups, including children with disabilities and those living in remote regions. Through consistent, focused efforts, we are transforming the educational landscape – one life, one initiative at a time.
At the heart of our efforts lies a commitment to action. We put our values into practice by actively engaging with the communities around us. The Broadridge Foundation enables us to amplify our outreach by funding charitable initiatives, developing grassroots programmes, and matching employee donations to causes they care about. More importantly, we empower our associates to become agents of change – leading projects, volunteering their time, and becoming mentors and role models in their communities.
Key Initiatives Making a Difference
Supporting At-Risk Youth Through Strategic Partnerships
Our enduring commitment to children and youth has guided us to forge strong collaborations with non-profits that serve vulnerable populations. We believe that every child deserves the chance to learn, dream, and thrive. Yet, barriers to education persist for millions. At Broadridge, we are breaking those barriers—investing our time, skills, and resources in programmes that equip at-risk children with the tools they need to succeed.
Enhancing Education Accessibility in India
Across India, our educational initiatives are tailored to meet diverse learning needs. Whether it is through supporting children with disabilities or bringing educational resources to rural communities, each programme we launch is rooted in our belief that education must be accessible to all.
Building Digital Skills for the Future
As technology reshapes our world, digital literacy has become indispensable. Our focus on equipping students with essential digital skills prepares them to navigate and thrive in an increasingly digital economy. We integrate digital learning into our outreach, empowering young minds with the tools of tomorrow.
Shaping a Brighter, More Inclusive Future
To us, education is not merely about shaping careers, it is about transforming lives, sparking innovation, and strengthening the very fabric of our communities. With a deep-rooted commitment to CSR and collective impact, we are forging pathways to a future where no one is left behind.

Empowering Communities Through Education
From supporting rural schools and students with disabilities to mentoring educators and bridging the digital divide, our initiatives reflect a strong sense of purpose. Our greatest strength lies not just in financial contributions, but in the passion and dedication of Broadridge associates who actively volunteer to create positive, lasting change. Together, we are not only shaping the future of education, but we are also uplifting entire communities.
