Bengaluru, December 3, 2020: QuEST Global, a global product engineering and lifecycle services company, announced today that it has associated with the Bengaluru City Police to provide personal hygiene kits to support more than 1,000 police personnel from across 12 police stations in the city. The company provided the city police with sanitizers, thermometer guns, masks, rain jackets, umbrellas that will be used by the city police officials across the city. This is the second phase of support the company is providing the frontline warriors who are keeping law and order in the city intact even during these trying times.

Earlier in May, QuEST had associated with the Bengaluru City Police to arrange COVID-19 tests for more than 300 police officers in the city. The Real-Time PCR test for the frontline warriors was conducted at Vydehi Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre, Whitefield.

Commenting on the second phase of support to the City Police, Ajay Prabhu, President – Technology Services, QuEST Global said, “The law enforcement personnel in the city have been working tremendously in supporting the government to contain the COVID-19 spread and maintain law and order. Their health and wellbeing must be taken care of to ensure these frontline warriors are safe. Through this initiative, we would like to support and honour our warriors who have been bravely fighting with a selfless sense of duty at the frontlines and enabling us to break the chain while maintaining law and order.”

“We are thankful to QuEST for their generous support and donations, at a time when the police force and healthcare workers are trying to curb the spread of COVID-19 across the country. It is heartwarming that QuEST cares enough about the frontline workers and police personnel in the city. This support has made a significant and positive difference among the police force. Once again, on behalf of the entire City Police force, we thank you for contributing to the continued wellbeing of our community,” said Pavan N, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Electronic City Sub Division, Bengaluru.
