Punjab: Trident Foundation, a non-profit vertical of Trident Group organised a Blood Donation Camp in collaboration with Blood Bank Barnala at its Sanghera Manufacturing plant in Punjab recently. Addressing the pressing need for blood donations in the region, the camp aimed at collecting crucial blood units required for the healthcare of the people in need. A total of 125 donors participated and contributed towards this noble cause.
“Healthcare and the well-being of our community is important to us, and we believe that through such initiatives we will be able to add value to the lives of millions. I am glad that with continuous efforts like these, we are contributing to the betterment of our society at a larger scale,” said Rajinder Gupta, Chairman Emeritus, Trident Group.
Over the years, Trident Foundation has made numerous contributions to providing accessible healthcare to the community with various initiatives like SWASTHA, SRIJANA and SAMARPAN. Such initiatives aimed at providing needful supplies to people living in tribal and rural areas with access to basic amenities like education, healthcare and sanitation.
“We are working on several welfare programmes to educate and empower the local community around our manufacturing facilities in Punjab and Madhya Pradesh. These programs have had a profound effect on uplifting the community and Trident will continue to make such conscious efforts for a better and healthy future,” said Madhu Gupta, Head, Trident Foundation.
